Installation and Debugging

Technical Training

We provide free technical training. After the installation and debugging is completed at the user's site, we will conduct the training for user's operation with 1-2 maintenance personnel respectively. The training includes the laser principle, equipment structure, process description,equipment maintenance, laser safety protection, operational procedures, simple troubleshooting etc.

Equipment Maintenance

We provide users with comprehensive after-sales services.

Commitment: 1 year warranty since the date of equipment installation and debugging are qualified. If equipment has operation failure, the Company promises to provide users with solutions within 24 hours. After the warranty expiration, the Company provides the lifetime maintenance services.
