1、After-sales Service

3、Equipment acceptance

After the signing of the contract, Party B will design and manufacture the equipment strictly according to the terms of the contract specifications, and the equipment will be produced and manufactured.

After the equipment is installed and commissioned by Party A, the two parties shall carry out final acceptance of the feasibility, stability and reliability of the equipment according to the agreed standards.

4、After-sales service

1.Products sold by the one-year warranty, life-long maintenance. Warranty period of equipment failure and damage to parts (except for human factors and force majeure factors), Party B is responsible for free warranty, the required replacement parts provided by Party B free of charge (except consumable parts). Outside the warranty period, only the actual maintenance materials and cost fees.

2.After-sales service response time: 2 hours. Receive the user's repair call, after-sales engineers have a clear answer within 24 hours.
